The Phase 1 has provided a strong foundation, confirming the technical and commercial feasibility of the project, identifying key risks & opportunities, and outlining a clear development path forward. With this milestone achieved, we are now progressing to the next phase of project definition.

F&B Bio Recyclage has secured a 74-acre site at the Afienya Special Economic Zone, strategically located just 20 km from Tema Port. The site benefits from Ghana Free Zones Authority incentives, including a 10- year corporate tax holiday, duty-free import of equipment and materials, and full profit repatriation, positioning the project for rapid implementation, cost efficiency, and attractive returns for strategic partners and investors.

Feedstock supply: multi-year MSW supply agreements to be formalised with Accra and Tema Metropolitan Assemblies (Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy and Religious Affairs) during Advanced PRE-FEED phase (Q3 2026). All key supplier relationships are at preferred partner stage.

In addition we have also obtained proposals from tier-1 technology licensors and engineering firms for both the Pre-FEED and FEED phases, including a complete turnkey facility design, and have confirmed a tier-1 technical consultancy firm. Strategically positioning the project for a robust, bankable, and execution-ready development pathway. Execution planning is currently underway to progress both the Front-End Engineering Design (Pre-FEED) phase and a comprehensive FEED (FEL 3) detailed engineering stage in parallel, culminating in the Final Investment Decision (FID) and the commencement of construction.
